The radio is what receives the signal. The tuner is what changes the channels.
To turn the radio on or off on a Pioneer Super Tuner III, locate the power button, usually labeled "Power" or "On/Off," on the front panel of the unit. Press this button once to turn the radio on; press it again to turn it off. If your model has a volume knob, turning it clockwise typically powers the unit on while turning it counterclockwise may turn it off. Always refer to your specific model's manual for precise instructions.

I have no answer for you but mine does the same thing.
Hold the SRC/power button until the radio is off. Then hold the big button until it prompts you. When it says "Clock Set" you hit the select button again and the rest is easy.
The XM tuner in a 2010 Cobalt is typically located in the radio unit itself. It is integrated into the stereo system, allowing you to access XM satellite radio channels through the car's audio system. There may not be a separate physical tuner module that you can access or remove.
It allows you to listen to the radio.
Tuner error on Sirius radio means that there is a conflict with the channels initializing. This usually happens when there is a tremendous amount of static or electronic interference in the area. The problem, however, can also stem from the transmitter not being able to connect with wireless, car, or stationary radios. This issue usually resolves itself within a little while, and allows users to access all their favorite channels again.
Hi, If you can go to your user's menu on the TV and do a search for digital channels (as compared to analog channels) then you have an ATSC tuner. Cubby
