First you pop the trunk, then on the side of the car where the replacement is there will be a carpet material with a few plastic nuts you can unscrew with your finger tips, unscrew and pull the carpet away then you will see the back of the light where the bulb is, grab and twist left gently and pull out the light then pull the bulb out and replace the same way it was put together!

3 big plastic wing nuts hold the tail light assembly in the body. remove those and the tail light can be removed to gain access to the bulbs.
if your talking about the tail light you have to go through the trunk move carpet and side panel there are 5 (I think 0 wing nuts to remove the whole tail light assy thyen you'll see the individual sockets for each light

This is because the tail light bulb has a different element in the bulb. Just replace the bulb and that will fix the problem.
There should be a panal inside the trunk if you remove that you can take the nuts off and remove the rear tail light giving you access to the bulb.
