Hello, Could you please tell me how to replace a headlight bulb, on a 2004 Volvo S80 T6. Thank You So Much!! Open the hood. On the back side of the headlight unit is a round cover. Give it a twist an it will come off. unplug the electrical connector from the bulb then release the two spring wire holders on either side of the bulb. Install in reverse order but DO NOT touch the glass part of the new bulb as oil from fingers will shorten the life of the halogen bulb greatly.
