Give it a twist an it will come off. unplug the electrical connector from the bulb then release the two spring wire holders on either side of the bulb. Install in reverse order but DO NOT touch the glass part of the new bulb as oil from fingers will shorten the life of the halogen bulb greatly.

You use a T5 wrench to remove the screw. Slowly pry it out from the end where the screw goes. Once the unit is removed twist the bulb holder from the frame. Remove the bulb by pulling it from the socket. It does not screw out. Replace the bulb and reverse the process. I only had one go out so far.
