Its got an air release valve one the slave cylinder. Get somebody to pump the brakes for you a couple of times then torque the release valve to release the air then tighten back up. Just repeat this process about 5 - 7 times (thats all it took for mine) when you are getting close to getting finished the pedal should be firm when you push it.
