It may just be the belt. Try lubricating the belt with silicone spray, you don't want it so wet that it makes the belt slip but be generous and see if that takes care of the problem.
Was unit evacuated before recharge after compressor replacement?
Improper repair procedures. System most likely not properly cleaned before installation of new compressor. Debris from old compressor trapped in system ( like in the filter/dryer and in elbows of lines) and has destroyed replacement compressors.
squeaking from your brakes could mean they are needing replacement, manufacturers build in metal tabs to the brake pads so when they get low they squeak, have them checked before too long, it gets costly if you wait.
Amount of compressor replacement oilFrom what I've read in other AC Manuals and what I've practiced, with regards to the amount of refrigerant oil to add, is to add the same amount that you drain from the old compressor unit that you removed from your system. This amount, from my experience is about 5 oz, however, it varies from compressor to compressor. The most accurate way to asses this, short of contacting the compressor mfg, is to apply what I said in the first sentence. add 6 ounces for a single ac system and 10 to 12 ounces for a vehicle w/rear air.(like surburbans, vans etc.)
Whats happening is that your belt is slipping, probably on your a/c compressor, and that's why it wont turn on until the squeaking stops. Go out and get some belt dressing and spray it on the belt.
replacement of tires are accomplished by wear. tread depths are measured and when the tire reaches its minimum they are replaced. there isn't a set number of landings unless the specific airlines has a replacement rule on number of landings. If you are talking about general aviation aircraft you can regroove the tires one time before replacement is required.
right before the compressor
The cable compressor should come with an instruction manual which you should read before operating the cable compressor. There are also some instructional videos on YouTube.
When replacing an AC unit compressor, it is essential to check and refill the refrigerant (Freon) as needed. The system will typically lose some refrigerant during the compressor replacement process, and it must be properly charged to ensure optimal performance and efficiency. Additionally, any leaks should be identified and repaired before refilling the refrigerant. Always follow local regulations and guidelines for handling refrigerants.
I need to know the type of compressor (make) before I can answer that question.
I am sure you can - but the clutch is abpout the same price as a rebuilt compressor. So last time i did this I bought the compressor, removed the cluth, and put it on my car compressor. I still have a compressor if I need one. Be sure your compressor is not locked up before you go buy anything.
HOAIt means our policy is based on actual value rather than replacement cost. It means that the insurance company is not guaranteeing you the replacement of your home if it burns down. For example, your insurance policy limit is $200,000, but the cost of replacing your home is $210,000, if you had a replacement policy, the insurance would pay for the replacement of your home despite the fact that your insurance limit is only $200,000. However, the insured value at the time of the loss is usually required to be at least 80% of the replacement cost before your policy is covered on a replacement cost basis.
