Here is a link to a diagram of a Walbro WYK carburetor.
To replace the Walbro carburetor on an AGM-30 gas engine, first, ensure the engine is off and cool. Disconnect the fuel lines and any linkages attached to the carburetor, noting their positions for reassembly. Remove the mounting screws or bolts securing the carburetor to the engine. Install the new carburetor by reversing the disassembly steps, ensuring all connections are secure before starting the engine.
I Am Not sure, But i do need to know how to Get Parts for a Pagsta Choppa, Thanks, yorkie97203 at yahooYou can find carburetor info at the Walbro website. Download the PZ card PDF. It is easy to remove the carburetor on the Pagsta.Turn the fuel off. Drain the float chamber by turning the lower screw on the right side counterclockwise. Fuel will drain from the port on the left side.Just uncouple the air intake clamp, disconnect the fuel line at the carburetor using tweezers if necessary. Unscrew the cable from the top and carefully pull the jet needle clear with the cable attached. (You can detached the cable but be careful that the spring does not jump off) Undo the the two screws on the intake manifold. Carburetor is now off.Next depend on what you want to do. You can pull the idle and main jets for cleaning. The float chamber must be removed. Be careful not to lose the float spindle.Installing is the reverse of above. Do not forget to close the drain screw.
It depends when it was made, it should be a zama or a walbro.
walbro 255lph
The best place to purchase Walbro fuel pumps would be directly from their website. Here an online store, phone number as well as an email address are provided so that one can order directly from the company.
i have been a small engine tech at a john deere dealership for the last 10years just last week i was given a trs 26 snowblower that a customer did not want to spend the money for the required repairs. getting back to the question above the engine that are on the trs26 are techumseh 8hp the carb are made by walbro but made to techumseh specifcations, i hope this answers your question....
The answer is that it is an 1118 120 0601 by the Stihl parts catalog, but if you know a good Walbro dealer it is a WA-128-1 at 2/3 the price.
byrumjr the line starts with the fuel filter in the tank and travels up to the carburetor out of the carburetor into the primer bulb, out of the primer bulb back in the tank raylago fuel line routing is as follows for all 2 cycle with primer ball external to the carb. remember the fuel is sucked into the carb, not puished or blown into the carb. the filtered line from the fuel tank goes to the "in" side of the carb. this is usually right next to the high speed adjustment screw on a walbro carb. the "out" line from the carb goes to the suction side of the primer ball, the output of the primer ball goes back to the return line in the fuel tank. if you have to run the choke and the carb high speed screw will not adjust properly, reverse the in and out lines to the carb.
In my case i adjust my fuel pressure regulator. but that was because i added a walbro 255 Fuel pump. Generally tho there is a throttle body screw that you can adjust for your idle RPM.
A stock fuel pump should not be that noisey , a commmon upgrade is a walbro 190 or 255 . from gen 2 eagle talon. these are noisey to very noisey
It's a Holley universal EFI in-line electric fuel pump. Part No. 12-927. Howell fuel injection conversion kits use this pump on their Jeep conversion kit.
No, it floods the motor out and causes the juice box and rocket key to explode because of the acceseration of the spindle sprocket. But if u run it very lean (as lean as you can get it) , then it works good. i disagree. the was 167 is a farely good carb. i dont know what bad expiriances you had with them. i meen, there not great carbs, but you dont need to run them all the way lean. also, today there getting more valuable. you could even trade a 668 for a 167 becasue the 167s arent made anymore and there ALMOST collectable. but there good carbs to have for maybe a good goped project, an engine, or even just to have. now, if someone does offer to trade a 668 for it, you should trade becasue a 668 as we know is better. but dont think these are BAD. there just not GREAT. if you use them with engines that are 29cc and under, you should be just fine.
