did you use a memory saver? I know you did not so the vehicle has to go through a relearn process, every time you start and drive the car it will learn something and it will get back to normal

After I replaced battery for my 2003 Camry last night with 12V disconnected from car for 5 min. After new battery was installed, the idling was very low and rough at approx 300 rpm (normally approx 700rpm). Car was running on the road for 15min last night and this morning. It was still having the same problem. I referred to other answer of similar case for 2005 Subaru. From cold off, turn to ON position and wait for 15sec. Then start the engine. Let engine idle for 5 minutes without loading at Parking gear. Then, run on the road for 10 minutes. It is now smooth and back to normal idling approx 700rpm, probably after computer relearn.
