Disconnect the headlight, test the prongs on the plug with a test light. Those corrode easily, and are probably deteriorated. You'll probably have to replace the plug, which is pretty easy... some wire cutters, a wire stripper, and some butt connectors is all you need.
It will be mounted to a pressure port on the service (foot) brake valve
NO brake light come on only when brake is applied the brake light is activated by a switch on brake pedal 2.Turn signal light is activated by your turn siganal lever which control a flasher that make tne light come on and off which is located around steering underdash you will reconize flasher by clicking sound silver small canister good luck
u need to replace flasher can in your vehicle This could happen if flasher had hazzard flasher "on" and could be broken so it will not turn off. (I assume center brake light still works) if so, need new flasher switch in steering colum or find a way to rewire brake lights from brake light switch to rear lights. This is just a guess. Be sure brake light switch is OK.
The brake light, a red light shaped like a headlight on the dash means that one or more exterior lights are not working. It could be a taillight, brake light, side marker, license plate light, or third brake light. It stays on all the time if it's a side marker or any light besides the brake light. If it's the brake or third brake light it will come on only when you press the brake pedal.
On a 2004 Kenworth K104, the brake light switch is typically located near the brake pedal assembly, mounted on the bracket that holds the pedal in place. It is usually positioned so that it activates when the brake pedal is depressed. To access it, you may need to remove any covering or panels around the pedal area. Always consult the vehicle's service manual for precise details and diagrams.
Assuming the signal lights still work, no. But a bad brake light switch or a blown brake light fuse could.
The 1995 Mitsubishi flasher relay switch and the brake light relay switch can be found beneath the dashboard. Both switches will be on the drivers side of the dashboard, near the brake pedal.
change the fuse if not replace flasher
Turn signals will always be on the left side of the steering column. Four way flashers.. well, that depends on the model year. Either it'll be the metal Signal Stat bar under the turn signal controls on the steering column, or you'll have a switch towards the middle of the dash (typically, by the headlight and marker light switches).
Blown fuse, blown relay, blown light bulbs, short in the wiring system, bad microswitch in the brake pedal... could be any of those.
The signal light flasher on a 1992 Chevy Silverado is under the dash. It is on the driver's side just above the brake pedal.
If it is a single bulb, it is probably the bulb. Many tail light bulbs have two separate filaments, with the turn/brake being much brighter than the marker light. The tail light and turn/brake circuits are completely separate.
