the rear washer pulls from the front...fill the front end and the rear should work.

My 2003 Sienna has one tank that is for the front and rear window. You might have a problem with your pump or something else. Does your front wiper work?
It sounds like a short circuit in the control switch. The quickest, easiest and cheapest way to fix it would be to pull the fuse that controls the rear wiper.
If the rear window is not fully closed the rear wiper will not operate.

Go to Ford and buy the original equipment rear wiper--it works . I found out the hard way after buying aftermarket wipers that didn't work--twice i might add. Original equipment wiper bought from Ford worked first time--still is!!!

Rear wiper blade will not turn but the motor will. Flip open the cap at the end of the blade, at the center of the wiper motor. Tighten the 10mm nut until you have achieved a snug fit. Test the rear wiper and it should now work. You just saved yourself a tip and money going to the dealer.
