You have not told us for what bolt or nut ?. There will be almost a whole page of torque settings for that vehicle. Oilpan bolts may be as little as 12 while cylinder head bolts will be around 65-70 . We have no clue unless you name the bolt.
i have also lost the piece of paper, need the answer asap as im working on the car now. thank you
65 + 30° + 15° 6) you should use new bolts and locking compound
For this one you'll need a torque wrench and an angle gauge. Hope you are familiar with these. The values are 25Nm+600+600+600. These are from General Motors workshop manuals so I trust them 101%. G.Ikenye

All bolts in any vehicle have specific torque ratings. -There are usually at least 35-50 specified torques for all the bolts. -You haven't said WHICH bolts you want the torque value for, so we can't answer. -Your best bet is to buy the specific manual for your car where all the torques will be written in one page.
For the Opel Astra 2000 model with the 1.8 16V engine, the torque settings for the cylinder head bolts are typically around 25 Nm (18 lb-ft) initially, followed by a further torque angle of 90 degrees. For the camshaft bearing caps, the torque setting is generally around 10 Nm (7 lb-ft). Always refer to the specific service manual for your vehicle for the most accurate and detailed specifications.
