Inside your steering column , the turn signal lever and hazard flasher button are parts of the multifunction switch that stick out from the steering column
somewhere around the steering column not sure where though
Look between the steering wheel and the clear plastic window for the gauges. There is a button on the steering column.

To adjust the drive or gear indicator on the steering column of a 1996 Oldsmobile Ciera, first, ensure the vehicle is in park and turned off. Carefully remove the steering column cover to access the gear indicator mechanism. Locate the adjustment screw or tab connected to the gear indicator, and align it with the correct gear position as indicated on the shift lever. Reassemble the column cover and test the indicator to ensure it accurately reflects the selected gear.
Access indicator flasher under instrument panel left of steering column. Remove screw retaining indicator flasher to instrument panel. Disconnect connector from indicator flasher and remove indicator flasher from vehical. I am also trying to find flasher on 1997 t bird. I hear it but cant find it- Help please
To change the indicator stalk, first remove the cover on the steering column. Then disconnect the electrical connection to the stalk and unbolt it from the steering column. Install the new stalk by bolting it in place, reconnecting the electrical connection, and replacing the cover.
