I use a PH8a size filter on my Jeep wrangler instead of the recommended ph16 size (i don't actually use the phram anymore I've switched to either mobil M1-301 or the k&n 3001 (i think). I always use the biggest filter possible for any application. More filter area = less backpressure/ more flow/ more debris capacity.
One car that I know of that uses this filter is a 1998 Nissan Altima.
Fram should have a cross reference on their website. Also, FRAM filters are garbage. Stick with a WIX or Purolator.
The Fram PH8A oil filter is commonly used with various Ford and Lincoln engines, particularly older models such as the Ford 302 and 351 V8 engines. It can also fit several other vehicles, including some Chrysler and GM models. Always check the specific vehicle's manual or consult compatibility charts to ensure proper fitment.

Nissan VG30e cars: 300zx, Pathfinder, Maxima, etc
They are, BUT PH3614 is a smaller filter, it has half the volume of oil disponibility for cold starts and reduced filtration flow capacity (70% compared to PH8A), keep this in consideration. If your vehicle is not a hard working car (long hours, high temperature environment, heavy loads) you may do this switch, but is not the best for your engine.

2002 Lincoln LS 3.9L V-8 for sure. That's my car. What else does it fit ?
Fram C164
This filter is for Toyotas. Tacoma, etc.
They make a filter for every car/truck, anything with an engine.
