Unless you are a authorized service mechanic for the Poulan company, you will not be able to do your carburetor adjustment, because the carburetors are being manufactured with a cap on the adjuster screws and there is a special tool needed to do the adjustment, and only a ASM will have this tool . Although i have seen them being sold on other sites. but the reason for the manufacturing of the carburetor this way is from the EPA not wanting a Joe Sschmo adjusting it too high or too low and letting the harmful emissions effect the air.

What should the T screw on a poulan chainsaw carburetor be set at?

The T screw on a Poulan chainsaw carburetor, which typically adjusts the idle speed, should generally be set at around 1 to 1.5 turns out from the fully seated position. However, optimal settings can vary based on the specific model and external conditions, so it's advisable to consult the owner's manual for precise adjustments. Always fine-tune the settings while the chainsaw is running to ensure proper idle performance.

What is the routing of the fuel lines on the poulan 2375 chainsaw?

The fuel lines on the Poulan 2375 chainsaw typically consist of two lines: one for drawing fuel from the tank to the carburetor and another for returning excess fuel back to the tank. The longer line, often with a filter at the end, goes into the fuel tank and connects to the carburetor inlet. The shorter line usually connects to the carburetor's return port. It's essential to ensure that these lines are correctly routed to prevent fuel leaks and ensure proper engine performance.

Why does your poulan pro chainsaw keep flooding out?

A Poulan Pro chainsaw may keep flooding out due to issues such as a clogged carburetor, a faulty fuel line, or a malfunctioning primer bulb. When these components are not operating correctly, excess fuel can enter the engine and cause flooding. Regular maintenance and cleaning of these parts can help prevent the chainsaw from flooding out.

What to set the gap on poulan chainsaw gap magneto?

To set the gap on a Poulan chainsaw's magneto, you typically want to adjust it to around 0.020 inches (or 0.5 mm) using a feeler gauge. This ensures proper ignition and engine performance. To adjust, loosen the mounting screws, place the feeler gauge between the magneto and the flywheel, then re-tighten the screws once the gap is set. Always refer to your specific chainsaw model's manual for the exact specifications.

Can you show me a diagram for the gas lines connection on a poulan wild thing chainsaw?

I'm unable to provide a visual diagram, but I can describe the gas line connections for a Poulan Wild Thing chainsaw. Typically, there are two lines: one from the fuel tank to the carburetor (the fuel line) and another from the carburetor to the primer bulb (the return line, if applicable). The fuel line usually attaches to a fitting on the carburetor, while the primer bulb helps draw fuel into the carburetor for easier starting. For the most accurate diagram, consider consulting the owner's manual or a repair guide specific to your model.
