If seafoam or Techron does not resolve injector issues, it may indicate a more severe problem, such as clogged injectors, electrical faults, or issues with the fuel system. In this case, a thorough inspection and cleaning of the injectors may be necessary, potentially requiring professional service. Additionally, checking the fuel filter and fuel pump functionality could help identify underlying issues. If problems persist, replacing the injectors may be the best solution.
Try treating it with Seafoam or Techron fuel system cleaners. You can buy both at most auto parts stores. Follow the directions on the can.
Go to Advance Auto Parts and purchase 2 cans of Seafoam FI cleaner. Follow directions on can. Use both cans in 2 tanks of fuel. Excellent FI cleaner. Techron is also very good if you can't find Seafoam.
It's fuel injected and has no carburetor. Use a quality fuel injector cleaner such as Seafoam or Techron poured into the fuel tank every 6 months to keep the injectors clean.
Chevron Techron
I highly recommend Seafoam, Techron, or Lucas. All 3 are great products.
Yes, read the instructions the can. I recommend Seafoam or Techron fuel treatment.
Not unless you are having problems. If you want to make sure the injectors are clean just add a can of Seafoam Engine Treatment or Techron Fuel System Cleaner to a full tank of fuel. Both are excellent products.
STP does a fine job and is moderately priced. I highly recommend you use Seafoam or Techron once each year. They are not cheap but quality rarely is.
Techron is a patented additive developed by Chevron that helps clean and protect the engine's critical parts, such as fuel injectors and intake valves. When added to Chevron gas, Techron helps improve fuel economy, reduce emissions, and enhance overall engine performance by keeping these components clean and functioning efficiently.
May be nothing more than worn out plugs or plug wires. The car is 9 years old. Replace the plugs and plug wires. If the miss is still there, it may be clogged injectors or burnt valve. Pour a can of Seafoam or Techron fuel injector cleaner in a full tank of fuel to possibly unclog the injectors. I am assuming you are not loosing coolant. If you are you may have a blown head gasket.

I've used both Seafoam and Lucas with great results. I've also heard Techron is very effective, and even STP. Pouring whatever cleaner you choose into the TB will NOT clean your injectors. A FI engine doesn't work that way. It MAY help clean carbon build up in the intake, but it won't do anything for the injectors. There are several articles on various Honda forums on how to use Seafoam to clean your intake. To clean your injectors, simply pour your chosen cleaner into the fuel tank. Fill the tank to ensure mixing, and drive the car. I wouldn't refuel until you get to 1/4 tank or less. Professional shops do offer fuel injector cleaning services. These vary in effectiveness. If you go the professional route, I'd stick with a Honda dealer, or an aftermarket Honda shop. Try using Seafoam. Pour it lightly into your throttle body and then take the car out for a spin at wide open throttle. You will get a ton of smoke, but that's normal.
