Power steering belt?
It is possible a family of mice have nested there and that is the squeaking sound you here. that is the most stupidest answer ever if u don't know the answer u shouldn't open your mouth....
you power steering belt is in need of replacement of the pump is bad if you have done that
If your Honda Civic is squeaking when you turn the steering wheel then it could be the belt to the power steering pump that needs replacing.
There are two possibilities when it comes to a squeaking sound when turning. The main reasons are a bad power steering pump, or a steering linkage issue.
It is most likely due to a loose power steering belt. If the steering wheel is hard to turn at speeds slower than 40mph or it gets harder the more you turn it and the squeaking noise happens when you turn the wheel, then you need to check the tension on the power steering belt.
