There should be an alignment mark on the steering shaft and the steering wheel.
the steering wheel should have ridges on the center chrome peice, turn that peice and the steering wheel should come apart
You shove the button in the center of the steering wheel.
The alignment angle called caster helps with steering wheel return.
4 bolts are romoved from the backsode of the steering wheel. If airbag equipped remove airbag fuse first. Then remove airbag/ horn/ center assembly. Remove large nut from center of wheel, then pull wheel with steering wheel puller.
Looks like the center piece of the steering wheel pops out and the air bag pops.

Usually, the bolt to remove the steering wheel from the column is located at the point where it attached to the column. If your steering wheel has a pressure switch for the city horn located in the center of the steering wheel, you'll have to remove it to access that bolt.
Remove horn ring or button (twist to remove) Remove center bolt on steering wheel Mark location of wheel in relation to steering column shaft for proper re-install Get and attach a steering wheel puller Tighten nut on wheel puller until steering wheel "pops" off
