A 7mm Allen key.
Hi, you need an Allen wrench, I'm ot exactly sure of size but the size is MM not stardard.
You do not need a torque wrench when replacing brake pads and rotors. Some of the tools needed to change the rotors and pads are the c-clamp, sockets, wrench, grease, and brake cleaner.
Changing your own front brake pads can save hundreds of dollars. Tools needed for the job are a jack, the brake pads, lug wrench, socket wrench, and brake fluid.
I think that is a 14 mm open wrench, not Allen.
Standard floor jack, 4 way lug wrench, "c" clamp large enough to compress pads, and a ½ inch socket wrench with extension.
You need a 3/8 Allen wrench.
You will need a hoist, a socket wrench set and a torque wrench. You will also need the brake pads, brake fluid and brake grease.?æ
To replace the brake pads on a Toyota Tercel a jack is needed. Some other tools that will be used are a socket wrench, screwdriver, lug wrench, and a pair of pliers.
I believe that is 3/8 Allen
i just changed my front rotors and pads on my 2001 escape, 6 cylinder. everyone was wrong on the wrench sizes, including the idiots at my local ford dealer. to get the brake calipers off I needed a 7mm hex bit. to get the caliper bracket off I needed an 18mm socket, it was a very easy job but check your wrench sizes first, it seems that every year and model uses different sizes.
To change the brake pads on a 1991 Chevrolet Caprice, you will need some tools. You're going to need a c-clamp, a hex key or Allen wrench to remove the calipers, and a wrench to bleed the lines.
Lug wrench, metric socket set, "C" clamp
