Rotate your tires and check the brake pads when you do. Ensure everything is tight and no worn parts. If the sound is still there check the bearings and ensure they have good clean grease. If its still there then isolate the wheel making the sound. Does it do it when you turn also or does it go away? Do you have C/V joints in the fron? Has one boot got a leak? Then check and repair. If its still a problem the front end linkage could have a problem.
Good luck

The brakes may make a clicking noise if the caliper is going bad. I just changed the brakes and the rotors and discovered my car was making a clicking noise. The garage I took it to replaced the caliper, so now it doesn't make the noise anymore.
check for loose caliper bolts, brake pad may be moving around in caliper or caliper bracket. missing or broken brake hardware.
Check ABS system.
the most probable cause of clicking on rear brakes are weak return springs or a broken one.
When rainwater gets on brake pads, it can cause them to vibrate and make a squeaking noise when the brakes are applied.
you need a new starter motor
possible missing anti rattle clip on brakes....had same concern on 02 front brakes
They are equipped with a "telltale" warning that shrieks when the brakes are applied, with the brake pads are too low and need replacing.
Inspect the brake pads. They are probably worn out and need replacing.
Probably scoured or warped rotors.
The clicking noise in a relay switch when the brake is applied typically occurs due to the activation of the relay that controls the brake lights or other related systems. When the brake pedal is pressed, an electrical signal is sent to the relay, causing it to close or open, which produces the clicking sound. This noise can also be a result of mechanical components within the relay engaging or disengaging. If the clicking is excessive or unusual, it may indicate a fault in the relay or the electrical system.
When there are any issues with your brakes it is best to take your car in to a certified mechanic. Brakes can knock for several reasons, including the calipers, brake pads, and bearings.
