The Ford Taurus is a 2002 model car whose dashboard light fuses are found at the fuse panel found below the dashboard and close to the driver-side footwell. In order to get to it, one has to simply pop the fuse panel cover just beneath the steering column off. You need Fuse 37 that is used to operate instrument panel lights. Never guess the specific fuse position and amperage by looking only at your owner manual or the fuse box diagram that is in the cover.
When this value of fuse breaks then the dashboard lights could not work and this could be a good point to start before concluding that the problem could be elsewhere in the larger electrical system. And in the event you want more than just a replacement fuse, visit carengineguru where you will get a good affordable used part. We simplify and reduce the costs of engine repair!
