To add oil to a JOHN DEERe B tractor, locate the oil filler cap, which is typically situated on the engine block. Remove the cap and use a funnel to pour in the appropriate type and amount of oil, as specified in the operator's manual. After adding oil, check the dipstick to ensure the level is within the recommended range before replacing the cap. Always consult the manual for specific instructions and oil specifications.
