The brake fluid reservoir is located under the dash and behind the speedometer. Place both of you hands over the hump of the speedometer on your dash. Grasp the hump firmly and pull slightly forward and up. You will find numerous tabs in the front that need this hump cover to be lifted from. Make sure you save the molded transparent plastic shield over the reservoir. When replacing put the transparent plastic in place, hook the front tabs first and then firmly press the back of the dash hump back in position. You will typically hear it snap into place. It's tricky at first but once accomplished, will be easier the 2nd time around.
