On a 1994 Oldsmobile Achieva, the crankshaft position sensor is typically located near the crankshaft pulley, mounted on the engine block. It is positioned at the front of the engine, often near the transmission bell housing. To access it, you may need to remove some components, such as the air intake or other parts obstructing the sensor. Always consult the vehicle's service manual for specific details and diagrams.
