Where they'd usually be.
Near the exhaust manifold. There are rubber caps covering them, which just pop off. The rubber caps have wires coming off them, which go to your distributor.
The timing is too low or it has the wrong spark plugs in it.
Just go to the Champion Spark Plug site and you can find the gap info there. Just find the correct plugs for your vehicle and in the info there they put the gap. Hope that helps.
on top of the spark plug
replace motor mounts, force-clean fuel injectors, reset engine timing and base idle, may need new fuel injectors, replace spark plugs
Few things. Check first of all the spark plugs make sure they don't need to be changed. Then it if they are in good condition that is not burnt or covered in oil/grease (if so that might be the problem change them) check the spark plug wires and make sure the spark gets to the end. But if the spark does show but it still doesn't ignite its most likely the timing. If no spark go to the rotor and make sure that's its in a good condition. Most likely its the sparkplugs or the wires less likely the distributor. Check them in any order you preffer. But my guess it would be the spark plugs
Because that is where the oil is coming from, it's nothing to do with the distributor. There are o rings between the valve cover and engine in each spark plug hole. It is good practice to replace all the gaskets at once, they come in a kit.
An engine anly needs 3 things to run. Air, fuel and spark.I'm sure this one is fuel injected, not carburated. Make sure you do have spark to all plugs first. If you are getting fuel and spark, you may have a mechanical problem with the engine. Also check the primary windings of the coil, it may just be week.
If your 1996 Infiniti G20 stalls after warming up, it could be caused by a few issues. Common culprits include a failing idle air control valve, a clogged fuel filter, or a malfunctioning mass airflow sensor. Additionally, check for vacuum leaks or problems with the ignition system, such as worn spark plugs or ignition coils. A diagnostic scan can help pinpoint the exact issue.

set the gap to .035-.045
Should be on the top rear of the engine block near the distributor.
To perform a tune-up on a 1999 Infiniti G20, start by replacing the spark plugs and ignition wires for optimal engine performance. Check and replace the air filter to ensure proper airflow, and consider changing the fuel filter if it hasn't been done recently. Additionally, inspect and change the engine oil and oil filter, and check the fluid levels for the transmission, brake system, and coolant. Finally, examine belts and hoses for wear and replace them as necessary.
