On a 1993 GM Topkick with a 366 engine, the timing bypass wire is typically located near the distributor. It's usually a single wire that can be found in the engine compartment, often near the ignition module or on the harness leading to the distributor. To enable the timing bypass for setting the ignition timing, you would need to connect this wire to ground. Always refer to the vehicle's service manual for specific details related to your model.
