You may have a bad compressor clutch coil, you need to check the coil and work from there................
There are no fuses on the firewall to my knowledge but there is at least two relays, one is the AC compressor clutch relay and the other is the starter relay.
AC Compressor clutch relay may be stuck. Remove the relay and see if the clutch releases.

If the compressor is bad or noisy and the AC clutch is okay try unplugging the AC clutch fuse or relay.
If the heater is blowing the fuse when the blower is turned on, I would suspect the blower motor is defective or locked up. If the A/C is blowing a fuse, suspect a bad clutch, or locked up compressor.
