Most likely wiring harness issues... I'm guessing you have a T660? They're pretty bad for them, and tracing wiring is a nightmare in those things... not only do they have enough wire to wire up the Golden Gate Bridge in them, it goes in all sorts of unnecessary directions, and things which are traditionally relatively simple to wire up (e.g., power windows, lights, etc.) are sent through chassis nodes, then they go back to the ECM.. thank an engineer for thinking that one up.
I have a 1991 Chevy surburan and it has no tail lights and no dash lights, all fuses are good
Either in the fuse panel to the left of the clutch, or behind the dash on the passenger side.
It's either on the back side of the turn signal controls or on the dash, depending on the model year.
yes there is a small toggle switch under dash to turn them on,
Most dash lights have a setting knob to turn the dash lights on and off and to dim them, maybe this switch is off.
You left some wires unplugged.
Check your fuse for tail lights. I think the dash and tail lights are on the same fuse so you know when your tail lights don't work. Might have a short or an open in that circuit.
Check fuse under the hood of your truck (engine compartment), NOT under the dash.
there are 2 relays in a black box underneath the dash on the right hand side pop the cover off it will reveal your 2 relays. one for dome lights other for running and dash lights
I don't know about the headlight yet, my truck has the same problem. but about the parking lights. your switch is bad, mine is too. i just bypassed it with a new switch that i put into the dash. The fuses and relays are behind the dash on the right hand side of the vehicle, and a panel diagram should be provided on the back of the cover.
the dash lights and tail lamps are on the same fuse. you might also replace your headlight switch, they are prone to going bad CHECK THE WORED FUSES UNDER DASH AN UNDER HOOD IF NOT TAKE OUT THE GAUGES AN CHEK THE BULBS..
