The rear wiper may not work due to several reasons, such as a blown fuse, a faulty wiper motor, or a malfunctioning switch. Additionally, the wiper blade could be stuck due to ice or debris, or the linkage that connects the motor to the wiper arm might be damaged. Inspecting these components can help identify the issue. If necessary, consult a professional for a thorough diagnosis and repair.
