Where on a 1997 Subaru Outback is the computer?

The Electronic Control Module on a left-hand drive Outback is on the right, passenger side floor just under the dash. You remove a couple of buttons holding the carpet in place and peel the carpet back.

Where is the control module on a 1996 Subaru Outback?

I assume that you are referring to the ECM or ElectronicControl Module. It is located on the passenger's side floor (for left-hand control vehicles) under the carpeting.

How do you adjust the clutch on a 1993 subaru legacy?

right behind the intake manifold, there is a cable that runs into the firewall that is attached to a bracket and arm. there is 2 nuts on the end of a cable. loosen the top nut to access the bottom nut. the looser the nut, the closer off the floor the pedal will release. the tighter you adjust the cable, the clutch will release farther up with the clutch pedal. i adjust it fairly loose so i know the clutch is fully release when the pedal is fully extended. good luck.

How do you bleed the clutch on a 1998 Subaru legacy Outback?

I just got done bleeding the clutch on my 1999 Legacy Sedan. I believe that the clutches are identical. In my case, the clutch hose had ruptured, so I had to replace that. Most of the fluid drain out in the process of swapping the the old for the new. Once everything was tightened, I filled the reservoir almost to the top with the clutch petal "sitting" in the engaged position. (If there isn't enough fluid in the system the clutch will appear to suck in and stick to the floor.) Remember to keep the cap off of the reservoir for this entire process or you will just be fighting a vacuum. After the fluid is in, reach down to the clutch petal and very slowly draw it to the disengaged position. At this time I loosed the bleed and pressed the petal down until there was a very slight resistance. At this point, leave the clutch in this position and have somebody tighten the bleed. Slowly let the clutch petal back out and then pump it using your finger about an inch back and forth for a few minutes. You should see a few bubbles in the reservoir. Once the petal feels like there is slight resistance in the fully disengaged position, top the fluid off to the "full" line and put the cap on. Make sure everything feels right before you take it out for a test drive.

2005 Sunfire clutch is stuck to the floor?

Well, we need lots more information here. Is the clutch pedal actually "stuck" to the floor? In other words, can you NOT lift the pedal up to the normal position? OR, has the clutch pedal "fallen" to the floor due to no resistance from the clutch?

I had the same problem in my 1995, i took it to the dealer and they fixed it. I think it was a very simple fix, but it was many years ago.
