depending on the condition of the old units there could be carbon trace damage. the vent hole could be plugged not allowing the normal condensation to escape. being a victum of a no start in hot weather i found the "main-relay" was defective and very heat sensitive. it is upper left of the stering column and labeled "main relay" the solder joints fail
