If the fluid level is at the full mark you may have air in the system. Remove P/S resivoir cap, Start the engine and turn the steering wheel fully to the left and then fully to the right. Do this about 5 times to remove all the air. Check the fluid level and add if necessary. Repeat this procedure if the noise did not go away. If this does not help the Power Steering pump may be failing.
