There is no simple answer to this question, as the Holley is a universal carb and can be tuned to suit most any application.
There are how-to books on this subject, and highly recommended for someone trying to tune one. Also, the Holley tech service library can be very helpful.

The biggest screw on the side of the carburator, with a spring through it is the Idle adjustment.
To adjust the choke on a 1978 350 4 barrel Chevy truck engine, turn the screw on the side of the carburetor. This screw is located in the side of the carburetor. Turning the screw to the right makes the choke open farther. Turn to the left to make the choke open less.

If it is a fuel injected engine then you can not adjust the idle, it is computer controled. There is no idle adjustment. If it is a carburetor then there is a small screew over by the throttle cable, down towards the bottom of the carburetor.
The 1988 Honda 350 carburetor adjustment screws are on the side of the carburetor. There also is an adjustment screw on the very top of the carburetor.

you have to take out the carburetor and then clean it
You may need to turn your distributor a small amount, but you MUST adjust the air-fuel ratio.
