Lift the car, remove the car tires, remove the brake shoe/calipers and remove the old brake pads. Put in the new brake pads, replace the brake shoe/calipers, replace the tire and lower the car to the ground.

I would suspect it needs lubrication.
There are three 10 mm bolts that hold it in place. Remove those, then slide the headlight out. Release the clips from the bulbs themselves. Then put the new one back in the same way you took the old one out.

On mine grand am, there are two black taps to pull on, inside the trunk at the top, the left on if for the driver side back seat to pull down and the right for the right side

One lifts the car on a car jack, removes the tires, remove the brake shoe, remove and replace the brake pad. Then one has to replace the brake shoe in the correct position, then put the tired back on the car.
After you open the back hatch, you notice two compartments, one on each side of the hatch area, remove the panels to gain access to the bulbs.
I know it will feel like you're going to break it, but firmly pull and it will come off. Replace the bulb, snap it back on.
