a heater does not have a master cylinder; 'master cylinder' goes with assisted braking.
there are two types of master cylinders 1.single cylinder 2.tendom master cylinder
A tandem master cylinder operates by utilizing two separate piston chambers within a single housing to provide hydraulic pressure for both the front and rear brake systems of a vehicle. When the brake pedal is pressed, the primary piston moves forward, pushing brake fluid into both chambers, which activates the brakes on each axle. This design ensures that if one circuit fails, the other can still function, enhancing safety. The system is crucial for maintaining balanced braking and preventing brake failure.
