Dry ice works. Use sufficient to displace any remaining flammable gas or oxygen. The CO2 from the dry ice will not ignite.
Clean out the tank the best you can then fill it to the max with water and let it over flow. Keep it full when you cut it and make sure you never cut above the water line.
Note don't use any kind of electric cutting tool.
To fill the gas tank look for a cut out shape, let into the bodywork of the rear wing then push the front of this cut out shape with your fingers and it will hinge open to reveal a normal filler cap, which you then twist open and remove to refill the gas tank. John T
The compressor compresses air and send it to either a wet tank or directly to the air dryer. Oil and moisture in the compressed air are absorbed by the desiccant in the air dryer canister. When the compressor signals cut out, it also send a signal to the dryer to open the purge valve, which purges the canister.
It signals the compressor to load when the pressure in either the wet tank or primary tank drops to a point of no more than 25 psi below the cut out pressure, and signals the compressor to run unloaded between 115 and 130 psi, also signaling the air dryer to purge.

they are called tank vest
put a plaster over the open cut
To cut open in Greek is cise, like in circumcision
Yeah, that's not what it is.. the compressor is supposed to cut out between 115 and 130 psi.. at that point, the purge valve on the air dryer opens to discharge any oil and water accumulated.
purge and start anew
Spray cans are highly condensed and if you cut one open, it will explode.
If it's a bladder tank, use two pounds less than the cut in pressure.
drop the fuel tank. the pump is in the tank.
