To remove the front caliper from the rotor on a Ford E-150, first, ensure the vehicle is securely lifted and supported. Remove the wheel and tire for access, then locate the caliper mounting bolts on the back of the caliper. Use the appropriate socket to remove these bolts, and gently slide the caliper off the rotor. It's advisable to hang the caliper using a wire or bungee cord to avoid stressing the brake line.
Remove brake caliper, then caliper mounting. Now tap back of rotor to remove it. Now undo large nut holding hub and pull hub off. Replace in reverse order.

To replace the front wheel bearing on a 1992 Ford F-150 4x4, start by lifting the vehicle and removing the front wheel. Next, detach the brake caliper and rotor, then remove the hub assembly by unscrewing the retaining bolts and pulling it off. Replace the old bearing with a new one, reassemble the hub, rotor, and caliper, and finally, reattach the wheel. Ensure all components are tightened to the manufacturer's specifications and check for proper alignment.
