i have the same exact question, because i just got pulled over and i am in Pennsylvania and i live in pennsylvania, and i got pulled over because i hit a deer the other day and so my side mirror and headlight were busted, and so the cop said he will put a warning on my lisence, not a point but he said a warning, and that hes sending "it" in the mail and i have to take care of it, so idk if there is a fine, or if it is a point, or what
