My 72 C10 is set up with a 454 V8 and a 4 barrel carb and it gets around 12-14 mpg in town, depending on how i'm driving it. I don't take it on the highway, so I couldn't tell you that much.
There are a lot of factors to this. Gears, engine, carb. But if its a stock 350ci with 4 barrel carb i'd guesstimate at around 12-16 MPG.
A 454 will get about 9 mi/gal.
I have the 4:10 gears and if you run it a 70 mpg i have gotten 14.9 mpg
You should be in the 16 mpg range, depending on your transmission, rear end combo and weather you have a 2 or 4 barrel carb. The biggest factor might be the sound of your exhaust note and how it is influenced by your right foot...
Depending on what you are driving, about 8 MPG.
guzzler..maybe 12 mpg at the most. ur lookin at about 8 to 10 fer average
I got 10.7 on my last tank around town.
I get about 20 on my dads 1975 scottsdale 350 2 barrel carb I had a 74 with an engine from a 73 Impala. With headers and performance mufflers it got about 14 on the highway. A 75 would probably be about the same.
I currently own a 1985 454 but I have owned an 1989 as well. I get about fifty in normal driving however if I take it easy I can get up to 60MPG.
No. Removing a restricter on a scooter's carb will make it faster but decrease mpg. If you are talking about a restrictor on the exhaust, then most likely you will increase mpg, but boy is it LOUD.
Depends on the engine and carb set-up as well as the weight of the drivers foot on the accelerator. I have a 1973 F 250 with a 460 and a Holley 650 carb and I get right about 7 MPG. I can get as little as 4 MPG if I drive it like it wants to be driven. Definitely NOT the vehicle to be driving around in for fun!
Depending on engine size 350 or 454 don't expect more than 16 with 350 maybe 14 with a 454 depending on rear gears
