If there is oil getting to the top of the piston and burning then you have a blown head gasket or the piston rings are worn or broken. Engine must be disassembled.
The gasoline is avoided to go into the oil by few piston rings placed on the piston of the engine. Actually, the piston rings are made for this purpose only.
You have to disassemble the entire engine, remove the piston and check the rubber ring around that piston.

Your piston rings need replaced. One of the two piston rings on a piston is for oil control. This is either worn or broken and needs replaced.
first of all sho ever did that was a retard andsecond you need to take the piston head out of the cylinder and clean the head and the cylinder then re oil it rite and put knew correct oil down the piston shaft
A larger piston skirt to cylinder wall contact raises piston cooling. With turbo motors, they have piston oilers, they spray oil on the underside of the pistons, cooling the piston /crown.
Oil can enter the piston chamber due to several factors, primarily through worn or damaged piston rings or cylinder walls, which can create gaps that allow oil to seep in. Additionally, a malfunctioning valve seal or excessive crankcase pressure can also lead to oil entering the combustion chamber. In some cases, improper maintenance or the use of incorrect oil viscosity can exacerbate these issues, contributing to oil contamination in the piston area.
------------------------------------------------------------ or the Piston Rings are bad... if it uses allot of oil.
The lowest ring is the oil ring
Toyota changed piston size in engine. It is shorter and creates wear on piston rings.
Worn piston rings, bad valve seals,
Worn piston rings would be the first culprit. Oil gets shot up into the bottom of the piston to cool it, and also to form a lubricating layer between the piston and the cylinder walls. When the scraper ring wears out, oil passes through it.
