the best place is to remove the center seat belt in the back seat and bolt it to that...
Apply pressure (usually kneeling is the best and easiest) on the rear of the seat and pull the seat towards the front of the car.

there are two bolts in the back of the seat. remove them and then slide the seat back about an inch and remove
