To remove a bike seat, locate the bolt underneath the seat and use a wrench to loosen and remove it. Once the bolt is removed, the seat can be taken off by sliding it out of the seat post.

it is under the seat, remove the two 10mm bolts on the underside of the seat and then slide the seat towards the back of the bike to remove it, once that is done the battery is in plain view you cant miss it
There's a lock on the left side at the bike. Turn it to the right and then push the seat forward and pull up
