go to heatertreater.com and they will explain everything in simple terms. The plastic gear broke for the blend door. I ordered my part for $30.00 bucks which is made of metal and will not break and replaced the part in 45 mins. Now I have cold air after 3 years looking for the answer and a cost effective why to repair it. If I can do it anyone can.
