Check the brake fluid...
first check your brake fluid it may be low then check the switch at the emergency brake lever it may be stuck
Check the main fusebox under the hood.
Power steering or possibly brake. Check your reservoirs.

Check the brake fluid level, check for air in the system, check the pad level, check the discs for scoring.
In order to change the brake light, check your manual for directions. You will need to remove the cover and replace the burnt out bulb.
Probably the wrong bulbs or the brake lights are getting stuck "on". Or maybe a combination of the two. Check that you have the right bulbs and check to make sure something isn't keeping the brake lights on. FriPilot
check for bad switch under dash above pedal arm, generally fail after 75,000 miles
Brake rotors or drums need to be machined or replaced. If it causes steering wheel shaking, check front brakes. If happens when applying parking brake look to rear brake problem.
Check the bulbs, if they are okay it is prob the brake light switch located under the dash so the brake pedal arm contacts it
Perhaps a vacuum leak or bad vacuum check valve in power brake booster
