In a 2007 Toyota Camry, the fuse for the windshield wiper fluid pump is located in the fuse box under the dashboard on the driver's side. Specifically, you'll want to check the fuse labeled "WASHER" or "WIPER" in that fuse box. If you need to access it, remove the cover of the fuse box, and use the diagram on the cover or in the owner's manual to locate the correct fuse. If the fuse is blown, replacing it should restore functionality to the windshield wiper fluid.
