it may be the switch have it checked out
its the blower resistor.
the blower motor resistor is broken, get a replacement.
On most vehicles the blower resistor can be found next to or near the blower motor inside the vehicle left side below the glove box. It is attached to the blower box because it gets real hot and the air from the blower helps keep it cool. And when its bad it will only work on 1&2 speed or none.
the blower resister is no good When our '98 Breeze's blower began to work only on high, we replaced the resister, but it croaked about 2 weeks later. We replaced it 2 more times and the same thing happened. A mechanic told us the blower itselfneeded replacing, and thus, the blower kept burning out the resister. Works fine now. Found ours at a junk yard for $20.
Heater Blower Resistor
it sounds like you need to replace the blower resister under the glove box
Hi, I have a honda civic 1991 ex, the blower motor no work 1 and 2 speed
if it doesnt work on 1 and 2 it could be a blower motor resistor but if it doesnt work at all check the fuses, relay and check voltage if it reads 12 v replace the motor
change the blower motor resistor . this controls the speeds . thanks paul
If the blower doesn't work on A/C, vent or heat, it could be a few things: 1. Blower switch - $22 at AutoZone 2. Blower resistor - located on the passenger side under glove compartment 3. Loose wire to or from blower 4. Bad blower. 1 and 2 are the easiest to remedy, while 4 would be the most difficult.
The blower motor resistor is bad.
You need to change the blower resistor, located behind glove box.
