There could be several reasons why the blower only works some of the time. It could be a faulty blower motor, a problem with the blower motor resistor, a malfunctioning switch or control module, or an issue with the electrical connections or wiring. It's best to have a professional diagnose and fix the problem to ensure the blower works consistently.

Your furnace blower may not be shutting off due to a faulty thermostat, a malfunctioning limit switch, or a problem with the fan control board. It is recommended to contact a professional HVAC technician to diagnose and fix the issue.
DON'T turn it on.
check the coil
try replacing the blower motor resistor. I had the same problem and that was the fix. Right under the black sheild under the dash on the passenger side. 10 min fix.
The blower is common to hot and cold air. If it is only cold air that is a problem, then the problem is not the blower motor. The blower motor is actually in the engine compartment, passenger side at the firewall.
Climate control blower motor was the fix. The part cost 441 dollars.
Does blower motor run?
If the blower motor does not function, it is blown fuse, defective blower motor, defective blower motor resistor pack, or in rare instances a defective blower motor speed control switch. Check the fuse. If it is OK, apply 12 volts directly to the blower motor and if it runs, you probably have a defective Resistor Pack. Very common problem. The only fix is to replace it.
