Did you use genuine Honda ATF DW-1 Transmission Fluid. If not then that is the problem. Drain the fluid and use the correct fluid.

Valve cover gasket could be bad, oil pan gasket could be bad. Drain plug installed correctly? Here is a common one did you or the person you had do the oil change and double gasket the oil filter?
