The head gasket or actual cylinder head is cracked.
check your coolant levels & if car overheating, might well be the cylinder head gasket is away.
the intake manifold is what takes air coming from the intake and directs it to each intake valve in each cylinder
coolant by pass hose needs repaced under intake manifold to water 1996 Lincoln town car
if it's coming out the exhaust manifold it could be a blown head gasket or cracked head.
the inlet manifold could Be leaking so check the gaskets or the injector seals
Not unless you have a water cooled intake manifold, which is very rare on a car.
On the downpipe coming off the exhaust manifold. Or in less mechanical terms, at the back of the engine under the car.
Cartridge is not installed correctly or you have a crack in the manifold allowing dirty water to pass by the filter.
3. 1 small coming off each manifold, and 1 big on in middle of car
Because it's leaking somewhere. Other than lines in the cooling system, head and intake manifold gaskets are a possibility.
If you mean the sending unit for the water temp, it should be on the intake manifold near the gooseneck for the top radiator hose or on the drivers' side of the block somewhere near (below) the exhaust manifold. Look for a fitting that screws into the block or manifold that has 1 wire coming out of it.
Driver and passenger side coming down from motor can be seen from under hood coming from exhaust manifold not the ones under car running straight
