I don't think it has much to do with the lift or your suspension. Get a mechanic to look at your rotors, drums, and pads. Also get them to look at your bearings.
Are your tires balanced? I'd check that first.
When you take the horn button off there is 1 big nut in the center of the steering wheel. Remove the nut and the safety snap ring. Then install a puller onto the steering wheel and pull it off. It will not just lift off with your hands.
If it has tilt steering, you must pull steering wheel, plate, and lift up turn signal switch to access three torx screws. Remove one at a time, apply locktite and tighten. Reverse procedure. If it is not a tilt wheel, then you may have a worn bearing or a loose center steering wheel nut. Must inspect.

The first thing to do when replacing an AU Falcon steering wheel is to disconnect the battery as there is an air bag that contains a small explosive material that is potentially dangerous. Next, find the screws that hold the steering wheel cover, located on the sides of the steering wheel (under round plastic covers that can be removed with a small screw driver). Use a Torq #9 screwdriver to remove the two screws underneath these covers. Carefully lift out the steering wheel hub & airbag. Unplug the airbag. Use a Torq #9 screwdriver to remove the center steering wheel bolt. Use a steering wheel puller per factory specifications to remove the steering wheel.

Pop the latch on the bottom left side below the steering wheel. Then there is a latch under the hood and lift.

Remove four air bag module retaining nuts from air bag module on back side of steering wheel (3600), and lift module away from steering wheel. 4. Disconnect air bag wire harness connector, and remove module from steering wheel. 5. Disconnect horn/speed control wire harness connector in steering wheel. 6. Remove steering wheel retaining bolt. 7. Install Steering Wheel Puller T77L-4220-B1 and remove steering wheel. Route contact assembly wire harnesses through steering wheel as steering wheel is lifted off shaft.
