First you need to put your clip in extensions in for that extra scene look ( If you are using clip in extensions make sure you position them no higher than the tip of your ear) or if you have naturally long hair make sure the underneath is teased. Once you've done this you need to section your hair by running your hands from the front of your ears and clipping up the top layer.

Now you need to back comb the bottom layer which has not been clipped by using a bobby tail comb. Once the roots and layers (if you have any) have been teased spray a mist of hairspray. Now do the same with the section you clipped up at the beginning focusing mainly on the back of your head. If the teasing makes your hair knotted then use your hands to gently part the knots away.

You should have big volume hair by now, if not then tease some more.

To place the bump it in you need to clip the first section of hair back up again and slide the bump it in underneath this hair until it feels secure ( think of the bump it as a comb but push down at the same time)

Take the clip out of your hair and you should have thick scene hair, all that's left to do now is use some hairspray and make sure the hair has totally covered the bump it, if it hasn't back comb some more or take the bump it out and put it back in until it is covered completely.

Hope this helps
